Welcome to my blog, call me R, I’m a 33 year old stay at home dad to a just turned 1 year old. Over the course of the last year, adapting to fatherhood and putting all my efforts into my daughter certain things have been allowed to slip including my health and fitness, my hobbies and my mental health.
I have started this blog purely for myself, to put onto paper things i’m reflecting on or putting into place, trying to figure out what works and allows myself to succeed not only a parent but as an individual.
